Who needs a proper oven when you've got an air fryer?

My latest galley experiment was a lemon drizzle cake, baked in the Ninja Foodi. A little improvisation, some uncertainty about whether the middle would actually cook, and plenty of checking with a skewer!

But success! Two deliciously moist cakes, and a very happy Patrick, who has once again managed to avoid anything resembling cooking. Eating cake, however, is another matter entirely!
