Having survived 11 locks in the rain yesterday, we got to Maidenhead after 12 hours and slept so well. It was another early start today, 10 locks and a plan to get to Teddington by the afternoon. It was a good run down and we made it on time. And then decided…. let’s keep going. So we that - slipped the lines at Teddington, said goodbye to the non-tidal part of the Thames and headed down to St Katherine’s dock and the Classic Motor Boat Festival.
