Woke up to beautiful weather and “another year around the sun”. Upon reflection, I didn’t feel any different but acutely aware that the sun had been elusive for most of that time.
But today she was here and we were happy. We had an easy run up to Abingdon and found a lovely mooring on a bank and only a few minutes walk into town. Our plan is to stay for 2 days and explore Abingdon, all the old buildings and history, before we head back down towards Reading.
