Finally got the leaks under control and the back of the galley is finally dry for the first time in 3 years. Chasing leaks is not for the impatient man. Painted, then painted, then painted and have now got my lovely nautical prints up. One is the alphabet in nautical flags and the other is easy to work out using the alphabet as a key. NOT DIFFICULT! Thank you Glyn West Design!!

Just a few pics of what we get up to when we are not working on the boat. In no particular order…..
Just some bits about what we did in the beginning (interior work) - new cushions, bed, cleaned up and did some painting in the galley - so much more to do though!!
Finally getting round to putting up some of the important information and things we get asked all the time ….
How old is she?
What size engine does she have?
Is that a wooden or steel hull?
Is that the sound of an ice-maker I hear?
We have started working on the back windows (click here to see more) - keeping an eye on the weather. Its beginning to look great and hopefully the boat will be drier this winter - once the glass is back in (here’s hoping).
We changed the nav lights, something small which makes such a difference
Just a few notes on what we have been doing with the engine: Fuel line, lift pump, filters, oil change
So the weather forecast predicted a months rain in an hour. We thought we better prepare for possible leaks on the boat..... Old plastic bag, masking tape - problem sorted!
